Performed Quality Assurance reviews to support audits of HUD Participating Administrative Entities (PAEs) and Real Estate Assessment Centers (REACs) to determine if they were abiding by HUDs agreed upon procedures. He developed an Access database, which captured Excel generated checklist results compiled by auditors.
