Project Engineer (Implementation and Sales Support)

* Served as project manager and single point of contact between customers, Nortel engineering, and Nortel installation; resolved software, equipment, schedule, and delivery issues.
* Created customer documentation, hardware specifications, software orders, installation instructions and sales quotations.
* Provided technical assistance to sales and customer, analyzed orders for up-sell opportunities, and increased order revenue by $500,000.
* Engineered the pre-release Version 3 Multimedia communication System for a major customer which allowed a rapid test and deployment of cutting edge multimedia services to achieve a competitive advantage.
