I have but one professional goal – to continue to introduce and oversee the adoption of project management tools, processes, and best practices to enable the time and within budget delivery of critical projects aligned with business goals. It is where my career has focused for the past 20 years and where I have delivered outstanding performance results: • Most recently, as Program Director / First Vice President for Bank Leumi USA, led all aspects of large, complex technology refresh and automation projects to meet evolving business needs. • Previously as a Senior Management Consultant for MetLife, established the 1st Project Management Office (PMO) and delivered key projects for the Legal Affairs Department. • Earlier as Vice President / Technology Division Manager of the Auto Finance Division for JPMorgan Chase, built the team, framework, and model to automate and integrate core business operations for the Default Management and Customer Service Departments. • During my role as Group Manager of the Credit Lending business, chosen to drive strategic conversion projects in support of merger between Chase Manhattan Bank and Chemical Bank.
