Categories: Application Development JOB DESCRIPTION we are looking for a software engineer with a strong technical background, who is organized, independent and has a can-do attitude. Someone who communicates well in a team environment and can work with minimal direct supervision. As an engineer you will work on designing and developing a large scale distributed enterprise application with a group of smart and motivated individuals. This is not an IT/IS development position. We are looking for a candidate who has enterprise software development (not implementation) experience and has been involved in all phases of product development including requirements, design and implementation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop complex software components. Lead junior team members through development of the application modules. Qualifications: Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Strong knowledge of relational databases especially Oracle/SQL*Server/DB2 Experience with presentation technology XSL, XML, and HTML Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional working experience with Servlet, JDBC, RMI, Tomcat, JBOSS, Weblogic, Websphere Education or Formal Training: MS or BS in computer or related fields from an accredited university.
