Responsible for, System Architecture, unified directory services such as Active Directory and Windows NT domains. Connectivity between and within systems, system components, and applications. Examples include Exchange Server connectors and SMS senders. Data replication such as directory replication and database replication. Security, controlling access to resources; Auditing access to resources; Authentication; Encryption. Network Infrastructure, network topology; Routing; IP addressing; Name resolution such as WINS and DNS; Virtual private networks; Remote access; Telephony solutions. Desktop Computing Environment, centralized management of the user desktop environment; Profiles; Policies; Scripts; Local system configuration. Salamatof Tribal Council, 12/98 to 09/02. Network Engineer/Admin. Environmental Officer. Duties included desktop support, network design, setup & maintenance, CAT5 make up & installation, Internet & email setup & maintenance, data input, storage & management, installing/configuring new operating systems (Windows 3.X, 9X, XP, NT 4.0 Server & Workstation, ME, 2000 Professional & Server), installing/configuring new hardware (Routers, RAM, hard drives, modems, NIC’s, fans, CD’s, DVD’s, CD writers, 3.5 floppies drives, USB and Fire wire cards & devices, etc.) installing/configuring new software & upgrades (Microsoft Back Office products, Access, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, ArcView, GIS, etc.) Preparing reports for the President to present to the Board of Directors. Responsible to Salamatof Tribal Council and the U.S. Government to build and maintain a database compiled with personnel salary, fringe benefits, travel, supplies, equipment, contractual, leases, draw downs, etc. Conducted water/air testing, wrote monitoring reports, fisheries habitat assessment reports. Wrote EPA-GAP grants, wrote & implemented a Quality Assurance Quality Control Program, wrote the Quality Assurance Project Plans, developed a water/air quality control program, wrote a Tribal Environmental Agreement between the U.S. EPA & the Salamatof Tribal Council, coordinated training schedules, employee management, public relations, land (95,000 acres) & office management, land surveying.

Duties included same as above with the addition of Web page design & administration, business evaluations, research of potential acquisitions, land management, coordinated development projects, covenants preparations & enforcement of compliance, land sales & purchases, building maintenance, rental management, meeting scheduling, environmental site auditing (Phase 1, 2, & 3), Youth Employment Director.
