MANAGING EDITOR—responsibilities included coordinate & oversee the publishing program as follows: • Prepared manuscripts and reprints for production, and worked with graphic designers on competitive book packaging and all related marketing materials for each Cosimo Books project. • Supervised team of 12—2 senior editors, 6 production designers, 2 copywriters, and 2 part-time interns for production & marketing assignments. • Managed workflow for each team member and provided editorial/production guidance for each.
