Senior Developer for a nation-wide SAP R/3 implementation. Responsible to both MIS and the customer supporting data conversion and sales and distribution. Responsible for configuration of SAP to meet customer needs as well as the policies and procedures for implementation. Responsible for conversion of customer master files, historical data and data retention requirements. Developed issue management system and other project management tools for client/server environment using PowerBuilder.

Database Design: Developed several database management tools for client/server environment using 4GL, ESQL and C programming languages. Participated in all phases of product life cycle from the relational analysis and data modeling to the training, maintenance and support of all tools. Redesigned RDBMS report generation and printing capabilities while integrating word processing capabilities. User Interfaces: Designed and developed portable graphical user interfaces using X/Motif. Linked front end GUIs to both Oracle and Sybase databases. Analyzed performance, security and effectiveness of flat file storage in comparison to table spaces. Implemented flat file storage structures in lieu of database tables where suitable. Audio/Video Conferencing: Designed and implemented video conferencing centers across the country for internal T-1 network. Handled government requirements and regulations. Documented system specifications and coordinated deployments.
