I am currently working for Segula Technologies Inc., functioning onsite for Citifinancial, as Experienced Technical Analyst. Many of my functions include, but are not limited to:
* Provide help desk telephone support to North America, Canada, and Mexico clients. Support for clients includes desktop hardware and software, password resets, mainframe and telecommunication issues. I finished my MBA with concentration on the security information system. On my previous jobs, I was Team Leader for IT Projects, Video Conferencing technician, Acting IT Manager, Network administrator of a Windows 4.0 and 2000, Project management for various Security projects, Proficient in Windows 2000, MS-Office 2003 and XP, Installer of various computer components, and other Computer Peripherals, Installer and Integrator of audio and video conferencing systems, eight years of experience and training in the Information Technology Field.
At Eastside Massage Therapy Center (New York), I was responsible for the overall product design, including the user interface on the Web, the company database, and the hardware and software support. In addition, I have been working on short-term contracts for different individuals and organizations as an IT Specialist / LAN Administrator and backup trainer.
