Beyond.com CEO, Rich Milgram Recognized as a Finalist for the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – July 1, 2008 – Beyond.com Inc., the world’s largest network of niche career communities, announced that CEO Rich Milgram has been named as a finalist for the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award of Greater Philadelphia. Finalists were selected by an independent judging panel made up of regional business, academic and community leaders, who awarded entrepreneurs based on extraordinary success in the areas of innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.
The Entrepreneur of the Year Award program has been honoring entrepreneurs for 22 years and has expanded to recognize business leaders in over 135 cities in 50 countries throughout the world. Finalists in Philadelphia were honored at a gala event on June 26, 2008 at Loews Hotel, Philadelphia, where the 2008 Award winners were announced.
