Mixed use, hotels, resorts, casinos, shopping centers, office parks, private islands (luxury resorts), alternative energy (bio fuel, wind energy) etc. At the moment there are a lot of strong projects on the market. Only strong projects have a chance to get financed at the moment.

BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS: Business plan, what kind of investment opportunity, what is the business area, how mutch, what for, where, who are the parties involved, presentations, calculations etc. THE WHOLE PACKAGE after signing NDA (NCNDA), BP, Executive Summary - Lending Focus, Short project summary etc. LOI (Letter Of Interest) will be offered to project owner when (only when) the interest has been shown by the investor. Concerning fees they will be paid and there are no fees paid before the project receives a "GREEN LIGHT". This should be clear to parties receiving a fee (success fee).

Strong matters: owner/developer has to have minimum 10% of the capital needed tied in, land is owned (this can of course be part of the 10 % (free and clear)) and permits in place (meaning this is the real thing). In the case of wind farm projects there should PPA (power purschase agreement) and land owned or it could be leased.

All of these companies are big and many of them have business also outside Finland.

Salary was partly fixed around 40 % of my total monthly salary, including bonuses and provision from monthly sales. Bonuses came when I did 40 customer visits/meetings, 100 cold calls, average 30-40 offers and calls after offers, test drives between 20-25, delivey of cars 5-6 monthly. My sales in 2005 exceeded 1 million € (passenger cars, SUV´s and LCV´s (Light Commercial Vehicles).
