Reduction of incoming rejection thru various process improvements n and carry out supplier audits with fixed frequency depending on supplier performance for last quarter supplies. Focus to improve inward material quality & provide further development areas to the supplier. ntenance and management of list of Equipment & Instruments used for product realization. Calibration requirements & co-ordination with external agencies. nning and executing activities related to product/packaging compliance audits. Co-ordination with internal/external agencies as per defined frequencies eive regular updation on RSL requirements from customer/customer service, communicate and implement the same to inward material receipt thru procurement team. itoring and up gradation of laboratory testing protocols as per customer requirement. Co-ordination with product development, manufacturing team for elimination wash test failures. rdinate with internal/external customers during their audits / visits. ntify areas of improvement for subordinates, training & development needs. Co-ordinate and execute development plan with HR. ticipate cross functional project for process/product improvement. Position Requirements: Experience and Education: A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Quality function preferably with BE or Diploma degree in printing/textile engineering. Should have handled product compliance audits, laboratory functions independently. Should have Exposure in conducting supplier development and audits Experience & knowledge of ISO-9001 &17025, OEKOTEX, FSC audits & certification for printing industries Knowledge of various compliance audits conducted by various RBOs like, TARGET, TESCO is preferable Skills Good understanding of various Raw materials ranging from paper,yarn,Fabric,Stickers,Inks and foils, Strings etc. Good understanding of Quality Sampling plans, Execution and drawing inference. Process audits and gap closures (Product/process compliance) PC Literacy and working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills to influence people with in & out of function High level of ethics and integrity.
