A&R/Licensing Internship

-A&R/Licensing Department - individual with strong passion and knowledge of music, past experience is a plus.
-Assist with licensing efforts for films, trailers, commercials, and corporate video projects
-Research master and publishing rights information
-Organize department's digital music library content and search criteria
-Find artist and music to represent for tv/film licensing
-Research new sources for discovering talent
-Strong A&R online research capabilities
-Listen to unsigned music and assist with creative collaborations for songwriters
-Critiquing incoming music, present weekly report of findings
-Research new and emerging songwriters through shows, blogs, airplay, and online research
-Implement social media strategy to build social media presence for songwriters and producers
-Handle writer/producer relations, scheduling, bio updates, discographies
