JOB DESCRIPTION: You will apply administrative and litigation knowledge to provide acquisition functional support for Alternative Dispute Resolution and litigation efforts which include Requests for Equitable Adjustments, Claims and Appeals (Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and United States Court of Federal Claims) and Complaints (United States Court of Federal Claims). Key activities include: . Provide Paralegal support to technical analysts and attorneys involved with claim analysis and discovery . Anticipate litigation support needs and execute detailed plans for addressing those needs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: . High school diploma or GED certification . 5+ years relevant litigation support
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: . Relevant Bachelor's degree may be substituted for two years of experience
You must be a US Citizen and hold at least an active DoD SECRET Clearance to be considered for the position.
