Dominion Enterprises is searching for media-savvy inside sales professionals to help drive the sales growth of its network of consumer auto sites. Successful candidates will join a team of inside sales professionals tasked with marketing lead generation products to automobile dealers against individual sales plans. At the direction of the National Sales Manager, Account Executives are responsible for prospecting, closing and serving businesses within an assigned territory. Account Executives conduct business across the United States but are based in Norfolk, Virginia. Account Executives are compensated through a base salary plus commission plan. Job Responsibilities Prospect territory (ies) through company-provided CRM and scouting tools, social media and online sources, trade sources and creative resourcefulness. Conduct cold calls, schedule appointments and make Internet demonstrations through telephone and web meeting software. Analyze customer needs and make product recommendations and proposals. Successfully negotiate contract or order terms through understanding of customer and business goals. Achieve sales quotas and targets by effectively growing assigned territory. Maintain accurate records of activity and account history while effectively following company sales processes. Successfully manage existing accounts to strengthen relationships and identify up-sell opportunities. Attend all sales and company meetings as well as engage in company training and development. Provide ongoing ground level marketing intelligence to sales, management and marketing to improve our overall sales effectiveness. Attend industry events and trade shows as requested Job Requirements Minimum of 2 -3 years professional sales experience A successful track record of selling and marketing to automotive dealers a plus A working knowledge and strong grasp of Internet marketing, online customer acquisition and conversion and media sales An active learner with strong communication and organizational skills An ability to establish relationships with all levels of customers, management and employees with ease and enthusiasm A Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field preferred .
