We need a superstar Account Manager for our Client Services and Strategy team, focused on creating and maintaining loyal relationships with our clients nationwide. This position is based in our Phoenix, Arizona office.
As the expert marketing partner with our clients and the liaison with our in house creative team, you will understand the clients overall marketing plan, be a creative, client-focused problem solver, an effective relationship builder and a strong communicator. You will be knowledgeable in both the client?s business and the company?s business.
You will understand your client?s goals, articulate these goals throughout the organization, and develop and execute integrated custom content marketing solutions that deliver on these goals.
Since this position is highly collaborative, you enjoy teamwork. A positive attitude and a sense of entrepreneurship are part of who you are. With solid negotiation, presentation and written communication skills, you have the ability to convey your message in a compelling manner. At the same time, you are organized and attend to the details.
As a strategic thinker, you will identify client challenges as opportunities to consultatively sell McMurry digital, print, video and mobile product solutions. A firm understanding of all marketing channels, strategies and tactics is a must and consultative sales experience is a plus. The ideal person will enjoy a combination of strategic consulting and consultative sales, delivering account penetration that strengthens our client relationships.
Requirements:
Requirements: 5-7 years in client services, sales, marketing or related area. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field Approximately 25% national travel required.
