Then read on. Diesel Systems Job Description : Responsible for reporting, analysis, and planning of technical service centers and GEN cost centers. Other responsiblities to include Plant G&A controlling, providing backup in other FIN functions, and working on special projects within FIN.•Reporting, analysis, and planning of the following technical service centers: TEF, QMM, BPS, HSE, and PT.•On-time completion of monthly MGB for the technical service centers. This includes forecasting and analyzing projections for the current month.•Analysis of service center variances, monthly and year-to- date.•Providing cost center reports to technical departments, and holding regularly scheduled meetings to review the reports.•Working with the technical departments to develop budgets, headcount, and allocations for BP and CF.•Working with the technical departments by providing ad hoc analyses when requested, completing CEA's, and working as part of their teams to look for ways to reduce costs.•Understanding the key drivers of VVGK•Providing analyses/reports on VVGK spending•Become the VVGK SME (subject matter expert) for the location•Provide input into the BP and CF planning processes for VVGK spending•Responsible for planning, reporting, and analyzing spending in GEN cost centers, which include taxes and insurance, PUR charges, and other plant related spending.•Take an active part in FIN special projects and initiatives, including VSDiA's, and Point CIP•Provide support in other FIN functions, such as Overhead Accounting, Capital Budgeting, Inventory Control.
