1: Oversee all aspects of general office coordination. 2. Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings. 3. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information. 4. Monitor and assist with maintenance of the organization's website. 5. Interact with clients, vendors and visitors. 6. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member. 7. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. 8. Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages. 9. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. 10. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing. 11. File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports. 12. Coordinate and maintain records for staff, office space, telephones, parking, company debit card and office keys. 13. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, budget preparation, personnel and housekeeping. 14.
