Ansco & Associates, LLC, a well-established, Telecommunications Construction and Engineering company located near Decatur, GA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Executive Management team.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years professional experience as an Administrative Assistant. Performs various administrative functions, including maintaining calendars and schedules, making travel/accommodation arrangements, interacting with clients/visitors, and special projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 Suites (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis & tracking and ability to create high quality PowerPoint presentations. Prior experience with Marketing, Contract Administration, and Leases is a plus.�
