Job Description

Crop Production Services is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to assist with processes and customer sales questions and customer account management to include:


  • Invoicing
  • Troubleshooting
  • Sales orders
  • Price books


  • Inventory transfers


This position also performs administrative duties to include:

  • Keyboarding
  • Mail distribution
  • Answer telephones
  • Radio communications
  • Payroll administration
  • File maintenance
  • Office correspondence
  • Support  the Location Manager
  • Accounts receivable/accounts payable
  • Customer relations
  • Collection and preparation of timesheets
  • Maintain inventory control
  • Prepare all new hire paperwork


Requirements:  High School diploma or GED
