Advertising Sales-- Geneva Area Director

Our company, N2 Publishing, is the largest publisher of high-end neighborhood publications across the country. Established in 2004, we have had our primary footprint within the Midwest United States. We are now ready to expand. We are looking for a good candidate to open a location in Geneva.

We are looking for a high energy, independent person with good reasoning skills and a strong motivation for taking action and getting results

If you have a background in sales and marketing, you can use those talents on a daily basis as our Area Directors interact and do business with neighborhoods and businesses in the surrounding areas. An Area Director will be taught how to lead a team, be responsible for Profit & Loss, and develop a plan to grow their publication(s). They'll have real responsibility from day one in all aspects of the business. And with our opportunity for growth, they'll have the ability to grow as a person as well as business owner.

An Area Director has:

During the first year, our Area Director will learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in their shoes. Day-to-day responsibilities include actively participating in everything from sales and marketing and customer service to operations and finance. An Area Directors own initiative and capabilities, coupled with their ability to think on their feet and market effectively, will dictate how fast they advance.

If you are career-minded, goal-oriented and have a background in sales, management, marketing, entrepreneurship or customer service, you would be an ideal candidate. You should also have a strong desire to excel. A college degree is preferred but not required.
