Aquatics Supervisor - Vernon Hills (Sports Management/Coaching/Scouting)
Our company is currently seeking a qualified Aquatics Supervisor to drive success in our Aquatics Department.
As an Aquatics Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day supervision of the pool area to ensure team members are providing a safe, clean, and fun environment while exceeding customer service expectations.
Responsibilities
Be knowledgeable about our products and programs
Ensure Aquatics Staff are performing to our Standards
Assist the Department Head with completing evaluations on lifeguard and swim instructor performance; ensure incident reports are correct and submitted to the appropriate department.
Coach and counsel swim instructors, lifeguards and slide attendants to ensure the safety and comfort of members during pool hours.
Be present on the pool deck during swim lessons to check in swimmers, answer member questions and concerns, and assist instructors with delivering quality swim lessons.
