As an Art Director, your creative ideas and expert execution keep us ahead of the competition, producing high quality products.
You can creatively brainstorm and conceptualize a variety of visual approaches for content, and carry out these concepts through engaging visual products (including magazines and websites) with logical strategy, clear readability, entry points, visual hierarchy and balance, logical structure, typographic relationships and color balance.
You understand web design usability and know how to achieve it in your designs.
You understand and adhere to established client nuance and branding.
You have a strong knowledge of stock resources and licensing knowledge.
You are able to identify, commission and art direct both photographers and illustrators, and to negotiate contracts with them to achieve outstanding results.
You are a positive, team player.
You can articulate design and design strategy.
You are competent in both InDesign and Photoshop, with some Illustrator experience. CS5 experience preferred.
