Territory (if applicable): Dairy Foods Business Unit: Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods division is a leading marketer of a full line of dairy-based consumer, foodservice and food ingredient products across the United States. Position Purpose: Assist in the development, execution and overall management of the marketing plans for dairy foods marketing. Includes annual/long-range planning, pricing/profit analysis, line extension development and national/regional consumer and trade programs. Requires strong ability to utilize a marketing perspective when working in a sales environment with the sales force and customers. Provides additional resources during the planning and key execution period. Required (Basic) Experience & Education: MBA is required. Required Competencies & Other Skills: The candidate should have strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Must also possess effective analytical and quantitative problem solving abilities and be result orientated. Strong organizational skills and computer proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. Preferred Experience & Education: Knowledge of the CPG and/or Foodservice industry preferred.
