Recognized and growing Property and Casualty Insurance agency/broker is seeking to hire an Employee Benefits Account Manager for their Dallas operation.
EXCELLENT CAREER OPPORTUNITY!!!
Candidates will be responsible for servicing all aspects of a growing benefits book of business that focuses on Small Group, Large Group and some Individual. This position supports 2 benefits producers.

Salary will range to $55,000 depending on your experience. Job 3384.

A minimum of 3 years experience servicing small to middle sized group benefits accounts in a agency and/or carrier setting
Account management experience in an independent agency is high preferred
Good verbal and written communications skills
Strong computer skills are important. Experience with GEN 4 management system is a huge plus, but not required.
Ability to effectively work with carriers and insureds
Must be self directed and able to service the clients from the office
