Auto Product Intern (College Credit Only) (Sports Marketing/Events/Promotions)
This position is responsible for assisting the Castrol account team with managing Castrol's NFL sponsorship including gift with purchase programs, sales incentives, signature event activations, etc.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist team with industry and competitive landscape research
Produce client-facing summaries, email updates and annual reports
Assist with sponsorship activation brainstorms and ideation
Assist account team with management of external and internal resources
Assist with project management of our company's Merchandise, Creative and Accounting teams
Assist with vendor procurement where needed
Execute, follow-up, and track all submissions
Required Qualifications: **Must be able to obtain college credit
Excellent writing ability and ability to recognize and incorporate brand tonality
Excellent Microsoft Office skills: including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Highly detail-oriented and pro-active
