We are a Tempe area dealership looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager with an interest in joining our team as a General Sales Manager! We are looking for high energy individuals with a minimum of 5+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience. Previous highline, Asian and/or European import experience is a PLUS! We are offering competitive pay and full benefits. Previous Automotive Sales Management experience IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED!

Responsibilities:

·    Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all vehicle sales employees

·    Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership

·    Monitor and analyze salespeople's performances and assist salespeople closing deals

·    Communicate with salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed

·    Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals and objectives for the department

·    Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers

·    Attend and conduct sales meetings and training on a daily basis

·    Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively

·    Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales ·  Interact with all other Departments to realize customer satisfaction goals
