Branch Manager - Hayward Power HVAC
The Branch Manager is responsible for the Profit & Loss management of $2 to $6 Million-dollar specialty product rental operation. Specifically, you will: • Manage overall branch operations to ensure productivity, customer service and profitability • Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives, including reviewing daily contracts raised and debt collection efforts • Perform and monitor daily operations, including yard inspection; loading, delivering and repairing equipment; set-up; and tear down • Manage branch personnel • Ensure compliance with all company procedures in regard to new hires, terminations, performance issues, payroll, etc • Oversee personnel development and training, including yearly performance reviews for all staff • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed at all times • Oversee all safety matters including: audits, training, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations and drug and alcohol testing • Review, analyze and report on branch operations and finances • Prepare various reports including profit and loss statements, rental income forecasts, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets, and other reports as needed
Job Requirements: This position requires: • Have an understanding of the rental business as it pertains to specialty engineered rental products and services, including Silenced Diesel Generators, Large Diesel, Electric and Hydraulic Pumps, Air-Cooled Chillers, Air-Conditioning, Electric Heat, Desiccant Dehumidification, Load Banks and Electrical Distribution • 3+ years successful business management experience, including preparation of business plans and Profit and Loss statements • Bachelors degree is preferred • Basic knowledge of OSHA and D.O.T. standards and regulations • Able to lift equipment weighing up to 75 pounds • PC proficiency, particularly with all Microsoft applications.
