Business Development Representative - IT

The Kelly IT Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing existing and new customer relationships in San Antonio through the following:
• Communication of our temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire IT staffing solutions • Negotiation of pricing agreements that contribute to Kelly's financial objectives • Working with our dedicated IT Recruiter to obtain new requisition information, customer specific screening requirements, etc. • Utilization of (Customer Relationship Management technology) to track and measure sales activity • Active participation in applicable professional networking events
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelors degree to include 12 hours in Information Technology and /or Information Systems, as well as experience working in a customer service and/or sales environment. Experience working in the staffing/recruitment industry and/or a background in the IT domain is preferred. This individual will be compensated with a base salary ($45-55K) and a monthly uncapped commission structure.
