Business-to-Business Sales Representative

Poland Spring is now seeking successful business-to-business Sales Reps. to join our New York team! Are you looking to join a company and sales team that values both individual and team performance? Are you looking to join a unique company culture that engages its talent and rewards success across the organization? Look no further! In our sales environment you'd be responsible for visiting 60 NEW businesses per day in an assigned target market with a goal of closing 42 new accounts per month. Your focus is selling our popular water cooler units, coffee systems, water filtration systems and various bottled water and coffee products. This position offers a typical daily schedule starting at 7:30am Monday through Friday (NO nights or weekends!)



Requirements:

This job will require the qualified candidate to develop a strong customer network, effectively present consumer products to new clients, and close new business. The B2B Sales Representative duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Local travel to client locations

  • Enthusiastic representation of Nestle Waters to potential clients

  • Systematic solicitation of targeted commercial prospects through face-to-face contact within a zone (B2B cold calling)

  • Support and implement all program initiatives for targeted solicitation of commercial prospects.

  • Complete daily card scanning, logging 50 plus daily activities.

  • Fully develop new accounts at inception considering the full line of dispensers, 3/5 gallon, small package, POU

  • Filtration, cups, and allied products.

  • Follow up on leads and prospects for small commercial businesses.

  • Provide large commercial sales leads to Key Account Sales Manager.

  • Adhere to proven and structured selling process and pricing guidelines

 

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • 1-2+ years of Outside Sales experience (B2B preferred)

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Work Experience (Bachelors Degree preferred)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Competitive nature

  • Demonstrated ability to close new business

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high energy environment

 

What's in it for me you ask?

 

We offer a competitive starting compensation package:

  • Base salary: $30,000
  • Monthly Car Allowance: $500
  • Monthly Gas Allowance: $200

Depending on experience, our new Sales Representatives can earn $38,000 - $42,000 annually and that's BEFORE they are incented with our fantastic bonus structure described below and endless promotional growth opportunities with a leading healthy hydration company!

 

In addition to the salary and the allowances we also offer 2 bonus incentives:

  • Bonus Incentive #1: If you hit your monthly goal of closing 42 new accounts you earn an incentive of $60 per new on the last 10 accounts you closed to your goal of 42 AND if you close above your monthly goal you earn an additional $100 per new account under our uncapped bonus structure.
  • Bonus Incentive #2: Quarterly bonus targeted at 20% based on your individual job performance
  • AND ~ if you sign on with us, you will receive a SIGN ON BONUS OF $600 in your first pay check!
