CCIE Sales Engineer - Pre Sales
CCIE - Technical Solutions Architect for a growing Cisco Gold Partner in the New York Metro area
Established Enterprise Technology Solutions Provider and Cisco VAR has an immediate opening for a Network Solutions Architect / Engineer who has a CCIE and excellent customer facing experience.
Ideal candidate has significant experience working as a Senior Network Consulting Engineer for either Cisco Systems or one of their Partner firms.
What you need for this position:
- Lab CCIE (R/S, Voice. Security, etc.) - Strong Pre and / or Post Sales Engineering expertise - Excellent Cisco R/S skills and expertise in either Cisco Unified Communications or Cisco Data Center Advanced Technology Solutions - Excellent customer facing skills and ability to provide advanced technical engineering support to enterprise clients
What you'll be doing:
accompanying account managers at customer meetings * determining appropriate solution sets to business problems * delivery of solutions * contributing to sales team effort by delivering technical presentations and demonstrations * developing proof-of-concept efforts * accomplishing follow-up efforts for client delivery as needed * developing and implementing checklist to determine client site-readiness for recommended technology * assisting in system analysis * identifying sales requirements by establishing a personal rapport with technical influencers and decision makers * preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information * maintaining technical knowledge by attending Cisco and other educational workshops and reviewing Cisco publications
