Chief Executive Officer
Currently we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to manage the financial needs of the Company. Reporting to and partnering with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will demonstrate a collaborative work style and possess a clear customer and operations focus with a passion for driving business growth. As a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization, in conjunction with the company's owners Bain Capital, the Board of Directors and the Finance and Audit Committees. The position will also provide ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. You will ensure that the appropriate inventory investment strategies, policies, and procedures are in place and you will drive the company's strategic planning process. You will oversee all financial reporting, including the periodic SEC filings necessary to support the company's public debt including 10K's and 10Q's. The position will oversee both internal and external financial audits and controls, and ensure that policies and procedures are in place to support Inventory Control, Loss Prevention and Operations. The CFO will manage the monthly earnings forecast process, including establishing the calendar and serving as the primary driver for all key financial deliverables. Specific accountabilities include ensuring appropriate visibility and diagnosis of key business drivers, implementing strong process controls with clear communication and deliverables, remaining abreast of key business issues, and developing recurring business updates for the CEO and Board of Directors. This person will be responsible for identifying areas to improve the effectiveness of our financial planning and forecasting activities and strive to streamline processes or improve tools. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and analysis to meet management, ownership, banking, audit and board needs. The CFO will lead a successful annual budgeting process by managing complex company financials, maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment and continuously evolving to meet changing business needs.
