Overview:
Seeking a Senior Network Services Professional with Cisco/VOIP experience.

Key Accountabilities: · Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or related technical discipline. Equivalent education and experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
· Minimum of 4 years experience in network operations. Two of which are preferably in management or technical leadership role.
· Minimum of 6 years experience in a high-end network engineering capacity.
· Expert knowledge of VoIP/IPT technology from a design, implementation and support perspective.
· Extensive working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration products. Knowledge of Avaya platforms a plus.
· Working knowledge with integration of Cisco Unified Communications with IBM Lotus Notes/Sametime.
· Extensive working knowledge on integration of WiFi/Voice services for a private enterprise.
· Minimum of 4 years experience configuring and implementing Cisco switches and routers.
· Advanced working knowledge of Telco service provisioning/implementation process.
· Advanced knowledge of SIP Trunking and Session Border Controllers a plus.
· Advanced knowledge and proven experience in network design and specification.
· Expert knowledge of TCP/IP.
· Expert knowledge of network topologies.
· In depth knowledge and proven experience with network diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.
· In depth knowledge and proven experience with network capacity planning.
· In depth knowledge and proven experience with network management tools and techniques.
· Proven technical leadership skills.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Experience working in a team environment.
· Ability to train and mentor technical team members at all levels.
· Ability to work independently.
· Proved ability to manage projects and handle conflicting responsibilities.
· Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
