Precision Resources is now hiring a CNC Machinist II in Houston, TX! This CNC Machinist II job will be responsible for the set up and operate CNC Lathes (all types) to make different types of prototype and production seals, retainers, and rings for the oil and aerospace industries. Salary $18.50-$20.00 per hr - Great Place to Work!!!! CNC MACHINIST II DETAILS: Read and interpret blue prints and have knowledge in G&M codes to write and edit programs. Be competent in the use of calipers, coordinate measuring machine, comparator, depth gauges, OD/ID mics to inspect and check Work with tight tolerances as close as +/-.0001 Experience working with different exotic plastics and knowledge of GD&T is preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic shop math CNC MACHINIST REQUIREMENTS: Must have high school diploma or GED Must have experience working in a high production environment Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and schematics Competent working with tight tolerances Work with calipers, gauges, comparators, and other measuring tools Must be able to work 2nd shift. 3pm-11pm Have basic knowledge of shop math Must have experience on 4 or 5 axis lathes Must have at least 4-5 experience working on CNC lathes If interested in this job opportunity(CNC MACHINIST), please click on the APPLY NOW button below to submit your application today.
