Equifax Personal Solutions is the direct-to-consumer business unit within Equifax that provides credit and identity protection products directly to consumers through its primary storefront .

The Web Content Management Specialist has primary responsibility for the creation and production of on-line content to support Equifax Personal Solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working with both Product Management and Marketing functions to create compelling on-line multimedia content to drive product merchandising, order conversion and product delivery. This position plays a critical role in delivering positive customer experiences with both the Equifax brand and the Personal Solutions products.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the creation and internal approval process for all Personal Solutions on-line content
* Manage various project and tasks, both technical and process-oriented, to support the creation and maintenance of content relative to SEO and SEM efforts
* Optimize content to help promote unique and repeat visitors, total page views, overall customer engagement and satisfaction, and revenue
* Support social media activities including content updates and responding to feedback
* 2-5 years experience in a web content management role
* Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related filed preferred
* Demonstrated ability to write, edit and publish compelling original web-optimized content
* Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences
* Experience managing a brand presence on social media sites, including Twitter and Facebook
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities is essential
* Must be self-motivated and proactive
* Strong project management experience and skills
* Experience working with a Content Management System and/or HTML preferred
* Experience within an Agile development process preferred
