General Description: Plans and executes all member benefit events for Dancers' Circle and Golden Circle membership groups in New York and on tour. Handles all details and logistics and fulfills membership benefits for these groups under supervision of Director of Membership.
- Recommends, executes, and handles all ABT Dancers' Circle and Golden Circle events in New York and on tour, including Golden Circle Luncheon, Premiere Club, Members' dress rehearsals, Members' Studio Visits, and pre and post-performance receptions as well as benefit fulfillment events for special appeals.
- Staffs the Junior Council Strategic Planning Committee as needed.
- Executes and handles logistics for all Junior Council events including annual Junior for Juniors event and Young Patrons' Evening.
- Actively promotes and maintains Junior Council through social media.
- Assists with logistical needs of Golden Circle Council.
- Tracks all expenses for membership events.
- Provides qualitative and quantitative post-event analysis as well as lessons learned and recommendations of possible program changes.
- Primary liaison with Artistic staff on matters involving rehearsal visits and dancer participation in all membership events.
- Develops ideas for increasing results of membership program, including the development of new events, changes in membership benefits, and identification of opportunities to expand membership offerings.
- Actively identifies and solicits new members and potential upgrades.
