Coordinator National Partnership Marketing
Overview:
The Coordinator of National Partnership Marketing is responsible for the creation of marketing materials, managing the day to day support of existing and new sponsorships that support Macy's promotional efforts on a national level.
Key Accountabilities:
Partner and collaborate at all levels within Macy's to develop national marketing programs
Manage the strategic development and procurement of Sponsorships for key Macy's campaign planning and event initiatives.
Foster strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, while serving as a strategic marketing partner providing day-to-day integration and coordination of programs
Guide the creation of presentation materials, marketing proposals and post-event recaps
Responsible for researching and securing new third party sponsorships; maintaining client contact lists, sponsor status reports and sponsor database
Support Marketing Managers/Directors to help target potential new sponsorship partners
Skills Summary:
Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience developing and executing promotions and marketing plans preferably on a national level
Experience in developing dynamic presentation materials, proposals and post-event recaps
Vibrant personality with natural sales abilities
Cold calling experience resulting in the generation of new business leads and cultivation of strong relationships; able to make a compelling pitch for concepts, events and/or promotions.
Creative thinker with knowledge of event advertising.
Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport and credibility with internal and external business partners
Enthusiasm for working as a member of a creative team with entrepreneurial spirit and a dedicated work ethic
Ability to work independently, manage several on-going projects simultaneously
Expertise in Excel, Illustrator & PowerPoint
Willingness to travel (10%)
