This position will have primary responsibility over our company's global treasury and risk management functions. The position will report to our company's CFO and manage treasury staff. The position will work from our company's corporate headquarters in Waterloo, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
Direct all treasury activities, ensuring that financial transactions and procedures meet corporate goals and objectives.
Safeguarding and custody of global funds.
Forecasting of cash activity and positions.
Provide assistance with budgeting.
Advise management on cash flow projections for short and long-term financial planning.
Evaluate need for additional corporate borrowing and options for the investment of excess funds .
Oversees corporate financing transactions. Manages lines of credit and monitor depository accounts in banks.
Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
Global risk management including currency risk, interest rate risk, and business insurance risk.
Maintains relationship with insurance broker(s) and insurance carriers.
Controls procurement of business insurance.
Prepares financial reports for management as needed.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in corporate treasury with a global organization.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Prior experience in a supervisory role.
Experience with financial database and accounting computer application system(s).
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
