Our cleint, a top international Banking firm, is seeking an Associate level Real Estate Finance Credit Analyst to join their team based in NYC.
Position Duties:
Work with Group Heads and Relationship Managers in client management, client development, and transactional activities and prepare corresponding internal reports
Prepare credit applications, departmental reports, complete periodic reviews, monitor news/information on borrowers and prepare corresponding management reports for various departments
Perform client due diligence
Process client documents and analyze financial statements
Assist in expanding marketing efforts for Group Heads and Relationship Managers
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
5-7 years relevant credit/financial analysis experience
Knowledge of REIT’s, REOC’s and Real Estate Project Finance required
Formal credit training or equivalent work experience required
