Customer Care Representative

 

Exempt/Non-exempt:  Non-Exempt

Department:  Customer Care

Reports To:  Customer Care Manager

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

 

This position requires you to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and support in a high volume inbound / outbound call center environment.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make the customer a top priority
  • Answer incoming calls timely & effectively finding solutions within the designated timelines, as outline by management
  • Make outgoing calls upon request by management
  • Respond to and follow up on daily correspondence and voicemail messages
  • Assist customers with a wide variety of questions and/or concerns pertaining to their alarm monitoring account. 
  • Assist customers with tasks such as making payments over the phone, setting up web login or password, re-sending invoices, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 2-5 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
