GENERAL SUMMARY

To provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface. To perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
* High school diploma
* Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
* Ability to lift 70 pounds or maneuver any package weighing up to 150 pounds with Appropriate equipment or assistance from another person.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Typing speed of 25 wpm recommended.
* Computer proficiency(Assessment will be administered)
* A neat appearance and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
LOCATION
* This is a Permanent Part Timeposition located at 3803 56TH AV, Edmonton, AB, T6B 3R7.

SHIFT REQUIREMENTS
* This shift is Monday to Saturday, from 12 noon to 6 pm. Sunday and a weekday off.
STARTING WAGE: $15.79 per hour.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
The successful candidates will be offered a job with FedEx Express based on the successful completion of a series of interviews, PC/typing assessments and a clean, current criminal record.
