Customer Training Specialist 2
The Customer Training Specialist will develop and maintain on-line user documentation and instructor-led training materials for multiple programs at Argon ST. The successful candidate will research and collect system-specific information, and develop reliable knowledge and expertise in the operation and maintenance of Argon ST systems and products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; with an instructional approach, define system functionality for technical on-line documents and/or training materials, review and modify existing training and documentation materials (both web- and print-based) to maintain technical currency, understand, interpret and restructure technical information for a variety of audiences, and create final instructional materials using a variety of productivity and design tools (Madcap Flare, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
The Customer Training Specialist will also participate in classroom instruction, thus will be responsible for preparing and performing classroom instruction and laboratory training activities either in-house or at customer sites. Travel may be expected and should be less than 30%

Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationDo you currently have a minimum of 4 years experience using tactical SIGINT systems working as a Cryptologic Technician Collector (CTR), Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM) or other service equivalent?
Do you currently have a minimum of 4 years experience with RF signals collection, analysis, and processing?
Do you currently have a minimum of 2 years experience in instructional systems design (in military or defense environment preferred)?
Do you have a current Top Secret (TS) security clearance or current Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access?
Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
