This is a full time entry level position,located in Chicago, which involves creating, managing, and transforming product content from one format to another for online presentation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a great team environment and a progressive organization. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office is required. On the job training will be provided.

As a member of the content services team you will be required to perform the tasks required to support the following services:

Item Builds – Our team builds items for retailers in Canada and the US for their online product assortment. Tasks include: repurposing content, editing product copy, editing product imagery, making associations between products, and meta-tagging data.
Image Authoring – Our team creates interactive swatches which allow customers to view products in multiple colors and patterns. Tasks include: Photoshop and Scene 7 Image Authoring photo manipulation.
eCatalog Builds - T4G has created an online flash-based flip-page catalogue solution called Shop By Catalog. Tasks include: creating an online version of the printed catalog, and meta-tagging data.
Content Migration – T4G manually migrates content from one platform to another when automated migration is not possible. Tasks include: manually migrating data, testing, and quality assurance.

Requirements:

Skills and Experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Adobe Photoshop is an asset, but not required
- Bilingualism is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work from home as required
- Ability to work from a client’s office as required
