Dir Finance 2
The Director of Financial Strategy and Valuation reports to the Vice President of Financial Planning and is responsible for the valuation of acquisitions and divestitures, financial reporting valuations, performing competitor/peer analyses,
maintaining the company's strategic financial portfolio database, and ad-hoc financial analysis requested by the Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vice President of Financial Planning, and other members of executive management.
Candidates should have specific knowledge and experience with target valuation models, merger consequence models, cash flow valuations and of Financial Accounting Standard 142.
Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent and 10 years directly related
experience required. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree preferred.
