We are looking for an individual who will lead the development and execution of customer conversion and retention programs across the entire customer lifecycle. In this highly collaborative, hands- on role, you will be responsible for creating and executing lead nurturing, conversion and loyalty campaigns that deliver measurable results.
This position requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of costs of acquisition, and customer lifetime value metrics backed by superb project management skills. The successful candidate will work closely with other functions – across the organization and customer lifecycle - to gain a deep understanding of our customers, products and competitors, in order to develop and implement relationship marketing programs.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute a variety of integrated relationship marketing / lifecycle campaigns to increase conversion, retain our most valuable customer and increase customer lifetime value.
Create and optimize lifecycle and onboarding communications and flows to maximize engagement and retention
Orchestrate end –to- end go-to-market process including research, contact strategy, offer development, and messaging across multiple channels (Call Center, Email, Sales)
Work with the research and analytics team to identify critical customer lifecycle behaviors, or at risk customers
Partner with Sales to understand customer needs, competitive climate and sales- support needs
Identify and prioritize key opportunities for customer retention and process improvement among sales, support and operations channels.
Create business cases for new programs outlining program strategies, cost and ROI, test design and GTM plan.
Project manage the execution of new and existing programs – working with Sales, Client Service, Marketing Managers, CRM and IT to implement programs.
Analyze and report on effectiveness and ROI of new and ongoing programs making recommendations for improvements, expansion or terminating
Help develop actionable insights from analytics, test programs and historical marketing efforts
Explore, test and implement non-traditional methods of retaining and deepening customer relationships.
Qualifications
7-10+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in developing effective conversion, cross-sell and customer retention programs
Skilled at establishing and maintaining strong working relationships across the organization.
Able to effectively navigate an organization without clear lines of demarcation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
BA/BS required, MBA preferred.
Financial Services experience preferred
