Description Job Description : Job Summary: Develop and implement messaging, product, brand and channel specific marketing strategies and programs to drive sustainable sales growth and financial performance of the Bosch, Buderus, and FHP thermotechnology brands in high-efficiency residential and commercial heating, cooling, and water heating technology applications. Primary duties and responsibilities: • Develop awareness, education, and preference programs that enable the sales organization to deliver sustainable financial performance at or above planned levels as measured by turnover (NGU) and profitability targets (DB1 and DB5) through product, brand and channel specific executions. • Use both traditional and internet-based marketing tools to engage channel partners, key industry stakeholders, and end-users in B-B and B- C initiatives. Bring a convincing ""solutions"" approach to the message, including both technical and financial argumentation. • Work with product management, business units, engineering, and sales organizations to grow market shares by improving the brand perception in NA through participation in relevant product categories, strong relationships with key trade partners, measured goals in brand awareness and preference for products, services (pre- and post-sale) and accessories tied to branded systems. • Key interface with global colleagues and counterparts to ensure that the strategic plans, initiatives and priorities are well represented and coordinated with the overall brand objectives. • Lead, manage and develop quality managers and leaders to assume roles of increasing responsibility within TT and other Bosch Group divisions through mentoring, training, coaching and accountable performance goals. • Build brand preference with NA Based global end-user businesses to support product and service growth across multiple channels of distribution. • Manage and coordinate efforts of outside marketing organizations to achieve requirements. Job Requirements : Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/business or technical field. • MBA desired, but not required. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Levels: • Five to eight years of demonstrated successful marketing experience in US/Canada-based experience convincing US discretionary income buyers (residential applications) and engineering decision-makers (commercial applications), preferably in the HVAC or technical consumer goods installed product sector. Mature strategic planning process skill, profit and loss understanding, organization-wide thinking, brand planning, and new product development. • Management experience in leading and developing functional talent within the organization. Demonstrated success in people development • Direct sales experience preferred, but not required. • Excellent communication and team-building skills
