Director of Training
-Provide development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for Retail employees. -Develop specific learning curriculums and create of a -learning culture-, delivering high impact training to a range of employees. -Actively search, design and implement effective learning methods to educate. -Actively leverage partnerships with key corporate areas to improve training content. -Provide support for leadership development and succession planning within the organization. -Ability to partner with managers, executives and HR Business Partners in the effective utilization of learning and development programs to support specific business objectives. -Act as a mentor and coach for those in leadership roles. -Establish performance objectives, learning outcomes, and assessment tools utilizing established instructional theories and design principles and models. -Identify training needs and conduct analysis to measure training impact and results. -Lead internal Trainers to ensure effective and consistency of content for each program. -Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities. (Train the Trainer)
