Schneider National is currently looking for experienced drivers to deliver freight weekly into Canada. This position offers a 34 hour weekly restart and average 1300 miles length of haul. Schneider gives you the support you need from a team who is invested in your success. Apply today! Eligible Applicants Include
Experienced truck drivers with at least 3 to 6 months of recent OTR or regional Class A driving experience
Must live within 50 miles of French Camp, CA
Ability to enter into Canada
Job Responsibilities
Pick-up and deliver customers' freight; drive from San Leandro, CA to Canada and back (possible stops in the PNW for return loads)
Weekly time at home (34 hour restart)
Complete trip planning process to anticipate cities, highways and fuel stops prior to the start of each trip
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and/or trailer to ensure safety
Confirm electronic logs for accuracy and compliance
Drivers can average 2600 miles per week
