We're currently seeking a talented and high energy professional for our Executive Director role at our New Life Lodge Treatment Center located in Burns, TN. New Life Lodge is a peaceful and nurturing drug rehab center in Tennessee that provides highly effective residential treatment for addiction. Executive Director - Behavioral Health Treatment Center

Job Responsibilities

Our Executive Director works under the supervision of the Division President and is primarily responsible for managing facilities, operations, delivery of professional services for client care, program development and implementation, staffing and staff development, budget and financial forecasting, and representing the Program to the public.

*Responsible for delivery of professional counseling and quality academic programs.

*Develops and presents for approval, annual budget for Program, and provides executive management with periodic financial forecasts as required.

*Participates in selection process for all professional positions and reviews, performance appraisals, and/or reviews or recommends merit and promotional salary increases for staff.

*Directs planning, management, administrative, staff and client meetings and training activities.

*Promotes services and oversees the referral development activities with community professionals, schools, clinicians, therapists, educational consultants, and families.

*Oversees the ongoing maintenance of facilities including expansion, upgrades, repair, and purchase of new equipment.

*Ensures Program activities operate according to the policies and procedures, applicable professional standards, facility and program licensure as required, laws, rules and regulations.

*Consults with clinical staff on treatment plans as required and may participate in emergency situations and crisis intervention.

Job Qualifications

·Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Education or related field required

·Minimum of 5 years' experience overseeing the operational and financial performance of behavioral health, substance abuse clinics or related health and human services environments required

·RN, LCSW, LMFT, LPC or related license/certification preferred
