We have had a recent expansion and are excited to have the first Watermark Community in Ohio.  We’re looking for an experienced Executive Director to bring the Watermark vision to life. We’re looking for a leader with a degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field plus 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living, Independent Living and or Memory Care environment. The ideal candidate be able to drive sales and occupancy and be familiar with state regulations. He or she will be proficient in financial management and able to create and maintain an annual budget with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding NOI. We’re seeking a candidate with a clear vision and the ability to lead a team to achieve this vision. Excellent communication skills and a history of positive survey results are a must. A Nursing Home Administrator License or an Assisted Living License is preferred.




Requirements:

* 2-4 years experience in an Executive Director role
* Degree in Health Care, Business or related field
* Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations
* Proven survey history
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer literate
* Proven leader
