Posting Job Title Executive Production Support TimeWarner Division Turner Broadcasting Industry Advertising Cable/Broadcast Television Networks Online Content/Services Area of Interest Information Technology Services Location United States - Georgia - Atlanta Requisition # 126928BR Position Type Full Time Posting Job Description Qualifications: Qualifications: * Demonstrated experience providing technical support to executive clients in a corporate environment * Solid technical knowledge of of Windows 7, Windows XP, Mac OS, and analytical and desktop support. * Experience supporting Blackberrys, iPhones, iPads, Office 2003/2010, Outlook Email, VPN, Remote Desktop, IP Telephony and user's accounts administration. * Minimum of 3 years experience working with Audio and video conference technology. * Strong analytical, organizational, time management, oral and written skills. * Typically at least five years in the service and operation of broadcast equipment, computing hardware, and related peripherals. * Equivalent to completion of two years of college-level coursework in computer science, information technology or a related field and two years of general computer installation, maintenance and repair experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
Duties: Duties: Respond to complex/critical customer requests obtained via telephone, email, personal contact, or the internal job tracking application. Based on an understanding of hardware, software, and peripheral technology, determines the nature of the technical problem. Implement an acceptable solution that meets the customer's needs in a timely manner. Accurately report and track requests for services through to completion including follow up communication with the customer. Provide guidance and/or direct problem resolution to other production support personnel on difficult and/or critical technical situations. Record critical information in the internal tracking application in order to (a) clearly document the problem, action taken, and end solution for a historical record; (b) monitor and update the status of various customer problems at any given time; (c) provide a medium through which to share knowledge regarding the evaluation and correction of technical problems with other Production Support professionals; and (d) capture data to be used by management regarding problem trends, resolution.
